If you are looking for a guided solution to your baby's tension due to torticollis, lip & tongue ties, birth trauma, or colic and reflux, this is a great start! I have developed easy steps that you can take at home to help guide your 0-6 month old through more rounded head development & increased neck and hip range of motion. Accomplishing these changes alone, will improve digestion (spit ups & gassiness), floor time, and general fussiness. As their bodies regulate and balance, so will their nervous systems. This leads to happier babies who thrive during the next months to come as they blitz through their motor milestone development.
✨ A Season of Gratitude — And a Confident Step Into 2026 ✨As the year comes to a close, we wanted to pause—just for a moment—and shine a light on the people who make this practice feel like home. This week, we’ve been introducing you to our dream team—the individuals who greet you, care for you, speak for our mission, and walk alongside your family through some of the most important & vulnerable seasons of life. This isn’t just a staff. As we head into the holidays—and into 2026—we want you to know exactly who’s here for you. 🤍 Meet Sarah — Patient Flow Coordinator
If you’ve ever felt instantly welcomed when you walked through our doors, there’s a good chance Sarah was part of that feeling. Sarah is our Patient Flow Coordinator, and she has a heart for moms and babies that runs deep. Before joining our practice, she worked at Chez Lilli Bridal, helping women prepare for one of the most meaningful days of their lives. Now, she gets to witness those same women years later—married, growing, and walking into motherhood with their babies in their arms. That full-circle moment is not lost on her. Sarah often says this job feels sacred—supporting women as they evolve from brides to mothers, and honoring the courage it takes to show up tired, hopeful, overwhelmed, and wanting the very best for their children. She treats every family accordingly—with patience, care, and genuine love. We are so grateful for you, Sarah. Our families feel it every day. ❤️
— The Heart Behind Our Social Media
If our posts have felt more real lately… That’s Rae. Dr. Natalie originally met Rae as a practice mom, not a team member. But it didn’t take long to notice something special—her eye for emotion, her respect for motherhood, and her ability to tell real stories. Rae balances three little ones under four while running a thriving photography business, and somehow still pours incredible intention into sharing our message. She understands holistic health. Rae researches deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and believes families deserve real answers—not surface-level explanations. Our message matters—and it’s in very good hands. We’re so grateful for you, Rae. 🌿 Dr. Sabrina Cheramie - Owner + Provider of The Pearl Chiropractic Co. in Thibodaux stepping into Houma on Wednesdays
A familiar face. A steady presence. A calm, grounded approach to care. Dr. Sabrina is with us every Wednesday, and many families love the consistency of knowing exactly when she’s available. She specializes in prenatal, postnatal, and pediatric chiropractic, and chiropractic truly runs in her blood. A second-generation chiropractor, she was raised in a holistic household where the brain-body connection wasn’t a trend—it was a way of life. Her training includes:
But what families feel most is her heart. Dr. Sabrina is married to a chiropractor, raising two young children, and deeply understands the maternity journey—from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond. We’re also grateful to share that Dr. Sabrina will continue with us into 2026, remaining an important part of our long-term vision. If Wednesdays work best for your family, know she’s here—present, consistent, and deeply invested in your care.
Meet Dr. Scout — The New Lead Staff Doctor
We are so excited to introduce Dr. Scout, our Lead Staff Doctor, and the future she’s helping build here. She is excited to see patients Monday - Friday! Dr. Scout believes chiropractic is about more than symptom relief—it’s about helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives through nervous-system-focused, personalized care. A former college softball athlete at Nicholls State University, she earned her bachelor’s degree in anatomy before pursuing a master’s in neuroscience. Her passion for understanding the body deeply led her to chiropractic—and ultimately back home to serve the community she grew up in. Dr. Scout attended Parker University—the same chiropractic school as Dr. Natalie—and together they share a strong foundation in neurological, movement-based care. Whether she’s supporting a growing child, helping a mom reconnect with her body, or guiding an athlete toward better performance, her goal is always the same: Houma, Thibodaux, and our Bayou families—this is just the beginning.
A Personal Note from Dr. NatalieIf you know me as your chiropractor, I want you to know this too—I’m also a mom being pulled in a hundred directions, just like so many of the women I care for. As I prepare for maternity leave, I’m intentionally stepping into a slower season. More time at home. Renovating my childhood house with my husband. Long walks and bike rides through the neighborhood. Music (guitar, piano, singing). And finally cooking the childhood recipes I’ve been saving for “when life slows down.” These are the spaces where I feel most connected to myself and my family. On the practice side, here’s what’s important to know: I’m not disappearing. I’ll continue mentoring Dr. Scout closely and will maintain a notable presence in the clinic so your transition of care feels seamless, supported, and familiar. When I return, my focus will be primarily on established patients and on babies born with higher levels of tension—an area that has become a true specialty within our practice. Dr. Scout will be caring for patients outside of this specific focus, bringing her own strength, skill, and nervous-system-based approach to the rest of the practice. You can feel confident that the care you receive here remains thoughtful, consistent, and supported—with me continuing to guide and mentor our team behind the scenes. This season isn’t about stepping away. In many ways, this transition is an upgrade—both for the practice and for our home. It’s about making more room—for care that’s sustainable, thoughtful, and deeply present 🤍 ✨ Looking Ahead to 2026 ✨As we step into a new year, our heart remains the same:
Thank you for allowing us to care for you, grow with you, and walk alongside your family. From all of us— Merry Christmas and here’s to a grounded, supported, and thriving 2026. With gratitude, |
